The band will play an intimate gig to just 500 people at Mode in Notting Hill for Absolute Radio and Shelter. This special show follows on from their European and Australian tour and a summer that has seen the band headline Glastonbury as well as their Leicester homecoming gig.

Every 11 minutes, a family in Britain loses their home.  Shelter is there to make sure that no one has to fight homelessness on their own, but unprecedented demand means the charity is currently struggling to answer all of the calls for help it receives.  Since 2011, calls to the charity’s helpline have increased by 20%.  Every ticket sold for this exclusive and unique Kasabian gig will helping over 600 families find and keep a home.

Announced on the Absolute Radio Breakfast Show this morning, Christian O’Connell revealed details of the intimate gig. Listen again here:

Sergio: “Everyone needs a place to call home. It keeps you grounded, and helps give you strength to push forward. What Shelter do is amazing, and we want to back that.”
